This program follows the Long Term Athlete Development (LTAD) Competitive for Life stream. Participants must have knowledge of the sport and strong swimming skills. Our CAP athletes train with the Elite group once a week. CAP athletes are also invited to practice with BAP/RAP on Sunday evenings. CAP athletes compete in provincial tournaments in the open men and open women categories.

Former ARMADA athletes who have aged out Carrier and do not wish to continue on with 17U TeamSask, yet still want to train with their peers and compete at provincials are encouraged to join. These athletes would not train with BAP/RAP on Sunday.

CAP athletes are eligible to compete in National Championship League (NCL) senior events with Water Polo Sask (WPS) at the coaches discretion.

COVID-19 restrictions limit the number of athletes allowed at a practice. These numbers are identified in WPS’s Return-to-Sport document and must adhere to provincial guidelines and facility regulations. Coaches may have to create practice rosters and athletes may be part of a rotation.

Practice times are available under PROGRAMS > TRAINING SCHEDULE in the menu above. RWPA registration fees for the 2020/21 season have yet to be finalized.
