When you complete the online registration form for yourself or your child(ren), you are required to acknowledge you have read the statement below and consent is given for the named participant.

Personal Information Protection & Electronic Documents Act

I give permission to the Regina Water Polo Association (RWPA) to enter required personal information on the Water Polo Canada (WPC) database, which is managed by WPC for the purposes outlined in Water Polo Saskatchewan's (WPS) Operation Policy 18.1.

I understand that I may withdraw consent at any time upon written notice to the WPS Executive Director and my personal information with be purged from the database. Withdrawal constitutes de-registration. RWPA will be informed immediately upon receipt of written notice.
