Media Consent

When you complete the online registration form for yourself or your child(ren), you are required to acknowledge you have read this release and consent is given for the named participant.

CONSENT FOR USE OF PHOTOS OR RECORDINGS

I understand that the Regina Water Polo Association (RWPA) has a valid interest in taking photos or recordings of athletes during water polo practices and competitions. RWPA is seeking permission to use the above mentioned photos or recordings of athletes to promote the sport of water polo and RWPA. Therefore, I waive my transferable rights to compensation and ownership of these photos or recordings. I am aware that by giving my consent, I am permitting the images and sound to be used on posters, promotional material or the RWPA website.
