Competitive Adult Polo (CAP)

Athletes must be 18+ to practice with Competitive Adult Polo (CAP)

Fees: $675 - 2 practices/week
CAP Women practice at the Lawson pool:
- Mondays 7:00-8:30
- Wednesdays 8:30-10:00
CAP Men practice at the Lawson pool:
- Mondays 8:30-10:00
- Wednesdays 7:00-8:30 pm

NEW - These players are eligible to register in the Recreational Games Night. Players can sign up in the correct age group for additional opportunities to play water polo games:

Destroyers - Saturdays from 7:15-7:55pm - Ages 8-10
Tankers - Saturdays from 8:00-8:40pm - Ages 11-15
Schooners - Saturdays from 8:45-9:30pm - Ages 16+

This program follows the Long Term Athlete Development (LTAD) Competitive for Life and Active For Life stream. Participants must have knowledge of the sport and strong swimming skills. Our CAP athletes train with the Elite group. CAP athletes compete in provincial tournaments in the Open men and Open women categories.

Former ARMADA athletes who have aged out of ELITE and do not wish to continue on with 18U Team Sask. yet still want to train with high level athletes and compete at Provincials are encouraged to join.

CAP athletes are eligible to compete in National Championship League (NCL) Senior and/or Open events with Water Polo Saskatchewan (WPS) at the coaches discretion.
